std.stdint seems to be an outcast?

There is a module called std.stdint located here:

http://dlang.org/phobos/std_stdint.html

but it doesn't appear in the documentation index here:

http://dlang.org/phobos/index.html

Not only that but when looking at the source it's just publicly 
importing core.stdc.stdint.

What's the deal here? Is this a supported module? Should it 
appear in the doc index?
