Absolutely, though I think this is more of a process thing than a 
ddoc thing - you could easily enough generate those files in a 
makefile as part of the build... I've written a program to do 
this before, but it was years ago and probably doesn't work 
anymore (i based it on the html output.)

I wrote a book, surely that gets me off the hook?! hey i found 
the time to write a rhyme, but those kind of conceptual things 
would take a lot of hours.... probably comparable to the book 
itself...
