I'm not sure what would be a good solution, honestly. My trouble
comes from Vibe.d not supporting 64 bit Windows (at least
previously) and SIMD not supporting 32 bit Windows, meaning I
can't set a global switch in the compiler configuration file
either, but I guess the general use of the switch would be to fit
the actual architecture and not some silly issue like mine.
I suppose the manual switch will do.
