Oberon overview and GC enabled system programming languages

Hi,

every time the discussion of D's feasibility for writing operating
systems pops up, I end up doing some advocacy based on my experience
with Oberon.

Similarly with another GC enabled native compiled languages like Go, 
Sing# and so on.

So to avoid repeating myself all the time, I have put up a page 
presenting an high overview how those systems used to be like.
