I suppose both have the same meaning : in "Unité de traitement 
centrale", like in "Unité centrale de traitement", "centrale" is an 
feminine adjective, which forces "centrale" to be related to "unité", 
which is a feminine noun.

corrigé ;-) j'avais oublié de mettre à jour certaines choses.

En effet. Ce n'était vraiment pas un problème, mais je l'ai supprimé 
quand même.
