Issues.dlang.org isn't expected to work yet.  I haven't done the work to move d.puremagic.com/issues 
over to it yet (need to work out some details first, probably be a few more weeks).  dlang.org, on 
the other hand, is expected to work and didn't for a while.  But not sure why since it isn't one of 
the sites I host and it's working now.
