Yeah, at some point there will be so many comments on a single page
that it defeats the purpose. Comments which are stale (e.g. because
the docs were fixed since then) should be removed, they're visual
noise otherwise.

And disqus just like any other free online service is just a ticking
time-bomb anyway. Pretty much all of these free online services die at
some point.
