I like the slogan, I'd prefer using the official D logo with it.

The ads will be run in rotation, meaning we can have a whole set of them. For 
example, Scott Meyers is a big draw, so there should be one that looks like the 
3 headshots on the site, underneath is "Alexandrescu * Meyers * Bright", "Dconf 
2014 May 21-23"

There should be one that is just snipping out the top of the dconf.org page and 
running that as a banner.
