A simple sieve in Phobos?

RosettaCode has already several sieves in D. I am not doing this 
for RosettaCode. What I am doing in this thread is to ask if 
there's desire for a efficient (quite more than your version) but 
still sufficiently simple implementation of a unbounded lazy 
Sieve range for Phobos.
