I don't care about languages (per se), I care about productivity.
If you're just looking to admire languages in a purely academic basis, 
or in a kinda of platonic way, like an artist looking at an art gallery, 
then sure, toolchain doesn't matter much.

But if you are trying to get lots of real work done, productivity is all 
that matters. And toolchain quality is critical for productivity.
