What IDE/EDITOR do you use for D?

Vim lifer, here.  (Not vi.  Vim.  vi : vim :: Netscape Navigator 
4 : Firefox 4)
The only specific D stuff I have is the highlighting.  The rest 
of my loadout is fairly conservative, from what I understand:
Pathogen
cscope
MinBufExpl
nerdcommenter
syntastic
tagbar
vim-airline
vim-signature

...and of course, a well-worn vimrc.
