I believe the first goal is to get the automated conversion in as part
of the autotester.  So any new PRs in will go through compilation (in
C++), automated conversion to D, then re-compilation (in D).  If the
PR cannot be automatically converted to D, then you'll need to fix it
up in order to make conversion possible.
