How D could gain more traction?

Yeah, the notion of a standard library has shifted: in .net it's 
preset project items, on which IDE starts the package manager, 
which fetches the corresponding library and the item becomes 
ready to use. This way the user sees little difference to 
traditional notion of a standard library. I suppose java has even 
longer history of usage of 3rd party libraries.
