The Bug Tracker is a community tool

A little bit of bikeshedding, which irritates me every time I go 
file a bug:

IMHO, the bugzilla link ("Bug Tracker") should be under the 
"Community" section and not under the "Resources" section.

Note that, for instance, the review queue is in the community 
section, and both have similar functions, compared with something 
like the glossary, which does make sense to be in the resources 
section.
