[RFC] try to import.clang.c.index.d when there is no clang/c/index.d

Hi all
I use a modified version of the D compiler v1 which looks for files like
clang.c/index.d
clang.c.index.d
if there is no file clang/c/index.d present

It is a personal preference. It is not fun to inspect sources jumping
around many directories.
Is this already done for the current D compiler?
