Dazz new description for D

I'd remove the "joy to write and easy to maintain" bit. That's 
personal opinion.

Could use the "Systems scripting with native performance" as a 
tag line though. It's nice!

My, slightly altered, version:
D is a multiparadigm systems programming language with deep 
static introspection that lets you choose exactly what to pay for.

Systems scripting.
Native performance.
