The term itself is fairly silly and it is thrown around quite a 
bit... but my point is just that we shouldn't dismiss people so 
easily, especially when we have an easy fix. If changing a word 
or two will bring us a few more people without costing anything 
else, let's just do it. Not worth arguing over.
