How does D compare to Go when it comes to C interop?

If you cannot spin up fibers in the thousands, then it is very 
limited. If you cannot have frequent shortlived fibers, then it 
is very limited.

If it is limited like that then you can't make an efficient game 
server with it, or an efficient web server for persistent 
connections.
