What's up with the windows headers?

[Jack via Digitalmars-d]

searching for netapi.lib I find:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows 
Kits\8.1\Lib\winv6.3\um\x64\netapi.lib
and
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\Lib\win8\um\x64\netapi.lib

the netapi32.lib i can only find in x86 folders.

i copied the to another folder, renamed it to netapi.lib. put 
folder into lib path and it works. well i guess re-install vs12.
