Ready to make page-per-item ddocs the default?

There seems to be a lack of documentation on it :-(

Anyhow, dman is pretty simple. It maps the command line argument to a url and 
opens the browser on the url. If the argument is not in its index, it reverts to 
using google.

It would be much improved if it were combined with chmgen somehow.
