IIUC, you're looking for this:

Which is the base of all layout. But from a quick look 
(https://github.com/rejectedsoftware/ddox/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=h1), 
the title is the only h1 on the page, so you could just tweak the 
CSS.
