Calypso and the future of D

I could always use some help with DStep [1]. For those who doesn't know, 
it's an automated binding generator for C and Objective-C. It doesn't 
support C++ yet.

For other languages I've recently opened a pull request with the first 
steps for interfacing with Objective-C [2]. Help with reviewing is 
appreciated.
