Looks like I didn't post my full message. The point I intended to 
make is that it's hard to make a pitch like that. It used to be 
that for Lisp or some other language you could sell it by talking 
about features that aren't easily found in other languages. 
Today, every feature is implemented by numerous other languages, 
so you really have to try a language in order to know how it 
compares. In short, you can't convince someone that's discussing 
languages at that level.
