Ddoc/dlang.org doc generation broken

For example, take a look at:

	http://dlang.org/phobos/std_regex.html#.replaceAllInto

It has a second overload (ditto'd) that somehow isn't being understood
by ddoc as an overload, and therefore appears separately with "ditto" as
the body of the docs.  :-(
