A few notes on choosing between Go and D for a quick project

Yah, that'd be nice, and hopefully somewhat automatic with the new-style 
documentation page-per-function.

One issue I see here is that it's difficult to group together functions 
with slightly different names but related functionality (e.g. findSplit, 
findSplitBefore, findSplitAfter).
