The Japanese Calendar is Gregorian, so there are no major 
differences. On the contrary the Chinese one is very different 
with floating month sizes. If someone is wondering why a calendar 
is needed in a payroll calculation, it's used to determine the 
number of working days in a month :)

Tahngo was nice but not supported anymore, I expect these 
features in phobos.
