Interesting user mistake

Seems reasonable.

I tried to search for that pattern 
(<https://searchcode.com/?q=%3D%2B>) and it says 9 results for D, 
but clicking the D filter doesn't seem to do anything, so I'm not 
sure what the actual cases are.
