The day before DConf 2016

My flight arrives at Berlin at 4:30 PM on the 3rd, so I probably 
won't have much time to sightsee - ah well, next time! I'll be 
staying at Hotel Ibis, so hopefully I'll be able to catch 
everyone in the evenings.

What's the easiest way of getting from the airport to Ibis, and 
from Ibis to DConf? I figured I should ask before I forget :-)
