Under 1000 opened bugs for Phobos

Progress is progress, but I prefer looking at more targeted lists than 
all open bugs.  My favorite is all open bugs with severity above normal 
(which is the default for new bugs).  That trend, unfortunately, is 
generally upwards and always has been.  Here's my saved search, which I 
just made public:

There's more open regressions than ever before too.
