Dmd sc.ini and VS do not work well together!

Yes, But why do you expect me to be so smart or have a desire to 
waste my time looking for paths and such when YOU can write about 
100 lines of code in about the same time it would take me to get 
sc.ini to work properly?

There is a multiplicative factor here. If you do the work then it 
saves N people N hours of there life. If I do it, it wastes 1 hr 
of my life and helps no one!

Please don't be a life thief! I know it takes your own life-hours 
to implement the code but you are the head D hauncho! Maybe hire 
someone or ask someone? You seem to have a following!

If I actually knew what sc.ini really needed to work properly 
then I might do it myself, but it looks kinda crappy old win3.1 
style stuff that never made much sense in the first place.
