I looked over the issues marked 'safe' in bugzilla, and do not understand the 
complaint that it falls flat and is largely unrealized. There are holes in it, 
sure, but they do not take away from what is covered, which is quite a bit.

I cannot do anything with handwaving statements, whether I accept them and hang 
my head in shame or not. Although I may have missed some, or some may not be
