Review queue purge

This is just a short notice that I cleaned up the review queue 
and introduced two new categories "Work in Progress" and 
"Stalled":

It would be great if future review managers could keep an eye on:

1) Putting the module to the review queue once its open for voting
2) Removing the module from the review queue to the history list 
once the voting period is over.

PS: At all those people whose addition I put to WIP or stalled - 
don't get demotivated by the lack of feedback or overwhelming 
work. You are doing great work!
