Split general into multiple threads

Note that this isn't possible with the NG being backed by NNTP.

It would be nice to be able to move conversations. Instead of "please 
use D.learn instead", you would see "moved to more appropriate D.learn".

I'd hate to lose my NNTP interface though :)
