You mean ... like that 3600 pages "Intel® 64 and IA-32
Architectures Software Developer’s Manual" I linked in that
bug report earlier today?
Aside form being the complete and authoritative source on how
Intel's CPUs operate, it really doesn't have much going for
it. :D
