I think so:

- D-Language: check

- Most powerful: check

- Japan: check

- squeeze out [...] power: check

- not street-legal: check (similar to D being a gun at a knife fight ;) )

And this changes the programming language car analogy for D. Now we know 
how to answer that question. :)
