Why are homepage examples too complicated?

What about setting up snippets about things people want to know 
about straight away like:

1. OOP
2. Functional programming
3. Multi-threading

and then go into more specific stuff

4. Ranges
[...]

What did you want to know about as a newbie? I suppose server 
related stuff, which is vibe.d.
