gdc and ldc in MacPorts

I stayed with MacPorts because I stopped using OSX, now that MacPorts
uses binary packages whenever it can, there seems no reason to up
sticks and change for a system I rarely use (except for testing SCons
support for D, which is what this is all about deep down).

I think the right strategy is to make sure DMD, LDC, GDC, and Dub are
available on as many systems as possible.
