It's probably not a "major issue", but I'd be interested in 
joining any efforts towards making dub more 
cross-compilation-friendly. "--compiler=" and "--arch=" aren't 
quite useful in any serious scenario with multiple target 
platforms that use different compiler settings and sysroots.
