dip1000 info web address

Hi all!

There is a string in DMD help message:

   -dip1000         implement http://wiki.dlang.org/DIP1000 
(experimental)

But in fact page http://wiki.dlang.org/DIP1000 is empty, and 
DIP100 information resides at the address 
https://github.com/dlang/DIPs/blob/master/DIPs/DIP1000.md
Wrote it here because not sure if this is site problem (need to 
create DIP100 page in Wiki) or DMD problem (need to fix address)
