D needs to publicize its speed of compilation

Well, Go folks don't shy away from praising their compilation 
speed, but the situation is very similar there: Go compiles fast 
because it doesn't optimize the code. Last time I checked their 
compiler had zero options mentioning optimization, it's like 
"always debug build".
