Deimos is a repository of D language bindings to many existing 
libraries, though sadly it doesn't appear to get much maintenance.

Personally, I think the C language bindings that currently exist 
in the D runtime should be moved to Deimos and privately imported 
by the ports that need it.  But, I seem to be in the minority on 
that.
