Digital Mars resource compiler: boost licensed?

The rcc.exe compiler is now Boost licensed. The rc.exe one is not - it's from 
Microsoft.

Anything copyrighted by Microsoft in the Symantec/Digital Mars distributions is 
not Boost licensed.
