It'd be nice if it did, because I believe it would enable the 
following:

import std.stdio;
import std.variant;

void test(Variant[] va...)
{
     foreach (v; va)
     {
         writeln(v.type);
     }
}

void main()
{
     test(1, "asdf", false); //Currently doesn't compile
}
