I don't know what would be needed for this, but I can answer any 
question you might have.
Finding dls, at least, should be easy: it's located at 
`%LOCALAPPDATA%\dub\packages\.bin\dls-latest\dls.exe` on Windows, 
and `$HOME/.dub/packages/.bin/dls-latest/dls` on Posix systems.
