Is package.d a good idea?

AIUI, D doesn't support having *both* a module (ie, file 'foo.d') and a 
package (ie, directory 'foo/') with the same name (ie, 'foo')...for some 
goofy unknown reason. I agree that suggestion is how it should've been 
from the start.
