Has D failed? ( unpopular opinion but I think yes )

A few ACCU attenders are even using D. But not many. If D claims to be
a C++ replacement then ACCU conferences really should have a D track
every year as justification of that claim. This year Rust has a strong
showing as does Kotlin and Kotlin/Native. Go is not really represented.
