we can take Chinese char. as an example, it's clear:

  writeln("汉语&中国🇨🇳".retro);
  writeln("汉字🐠中国🇨🇳".retro);
```

expected:

🇨🇳国中&语汉
🇨🇳国中🐠字汉

actual:
🇳🇨国中&语汉
🇳🇨国中🐠字汉
