Newsgroup archives now support hashtags

Just use a hashtag like this: #nrvo and a clickable URL will be be generated 
that'll search the newsgroups for 'nrvo'.

It doesn't work in Dfeed, mailing lists or newsreaders, just the archival pages:

    https://www.digitalmars.com/d/archives/digitalmars/D/

It relies on google indexing the pages regularly, which google doesn't do reliably.
