Where to publish an article about D software?

Hi,

Can I recommend either CVu or Overload as a place to get paper publication of
the article in a place with an ISSN. This doesn't stop the article being on a
blog. I have taken the liberty of CC'in the editors of aforementioned
journals/magazines.
