Where to publish an article about D software?

I look forward to read it! Mike Parker is the editor of the D 
blog. Ada made an appearance earlier [1], and we too went for D 
instead. I assume the bindings are a requirement for some other 
project, and it would be interesting to read what you can share 
about the field of that application / business sector.
